In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Peace be upon you!
My name is Furqan Qureshi, and today you are going to watch the fifth episode of the Secrets of the Universe series.
In the previous episode, I discussed four very amazing things with you.
The first thing was that the companion of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), that is, Hazrat Tamim al-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him), on the island where he saw the Dajjal, he also saw another strange creature on the same island that used to talk like humans. And then Tamim al-Dari named it Jasassah.
Jasassah, meaning the spy of the Dajjal, who used to cross paths full of water and come into this world of ours to spy for the Dajjal.
The second thing, and by the way, I am revising these four points only so that you can recall the important points of the previous episode, because today’s episode is being released after quite a few days.
The second thing was that Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) met Khidr (peace be upon him) near such waters that Moses’s salted and fried fish came back to life.
The third thing is that in the hadiths that exist about Jasassah, Hazrat Khidr, and Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him), there is a mention of them wearing special clothes on their bodies.
And the fourth thing is that we can reach the lands where these three are present, or they can reach us, only after crossing the waters.
For us, those people are on islands. On distant lands, with water between us and them.
In the case of Jasassah, this matter is very, very clear that he is on an island.
In the case of Prophet Isa (peace be upon him), this matter is also very clear. Because when Prophet Isa (peace be upon him) returns, water will be dripping from his hair.

And in the incident of Moses and Khidr, this matter is also very clear. Because where Khidr (peace be upon him) took Moses (peace be upon him), their first journey on that side began only after crossing the waters by boat.
And lastly, at the end of the previous episode, we talked about the concept of ‘ard’ (earth/land) and on the basis of which verses, hadiths, and scientific facts we can say that ‘ard’ is not just the name of our world but is the name of places spread all over this universe.
And I hope you have watched the previous episode because you will only truly enjoy today’s episode if you have understood the previous episode well.
So let’s move forward today to the question of what else might exist on these other ‘ard’, on these other lands, besides us.
By the way, at the end of the last episode, for my and your convenience, we set a nomenclature, that is, we decided on some words, so that whenever I say that word, what its meaning will be in the context of this series.
And in our nomenclature, one word was this word ‘ard’, that whenever I say the word ‘ard’, it will mean our world plus all the planets present in the sky.
That is, all the surfaces, all the surfaces present in this universe on which one can walk, on which one can stand. Whether it’s the moon, whether it’s Mars, or some unknown planet present in some distant deep space.
So let’s start a completely new phase of today’s series.
If it is said today that we are going through the era of space technology, it would probably not be wrong.
You all know that at this time Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, whose net worth at the time of recording this video is 271 billion dollars, is sending missions to Mars to establish a whole city there.
America’s space agency is called NASA, while Elon has his own private space company named SpaceX.
At present, there are 30 NASA robots roaming on Mars, while more than 14 of SpaceX’s satellites are orbiting Mars.
Today, man is eager to reach other parts of the ‘ard’. He is anxious, thirsty to explore other planets, other lands.
But what was man like before this space technology?
I will give you a very interesting example from the 19th century when a comet was seen in 1910. The interesting thing is that during those days, by chance, the king of England also died.
And as soon as this happened, various kinds of news started appearing in the newspapers, that a comet has been seen, the king has died, an alien invasion is about to happen. It went so far that medicines came into the market that were supposed to be helpful in protecting against the attack of creatures coming from the sky.
Which was found out many years later to be just sugar tablets.
But the point is that when people from a century before us looked at the sky, the idea of creatures living in other worlds in the sky was born at least once in their minds.
Then before that, in the medieval period, in the 14th century, an Italian priest, Giordano Bruno, gave the world a revolutionary idea, an idea for which Giordano Bruno was sentenced to death.
Before Giordano, it was believed in the world that our world is the center of this entire universe. And everything revolves only around this world.
But Bruno not only predicted other planets but also said that life like ours could also exist on those planets.
And even then, Giordano’s ideas were very popular, even the idea of life on other planets.
Then before Bruno, long before, if you go with me to the Stone Age, you will probably find the most impressions there that will make it seem that even the people of the Stone Age sometimes thought about life on other planets.
For example, you might remember that in the first season, I showed you some paintings from the Stone Age inside caves, on their walls.
Which were probably made by the people living in those caves thousands of years ago in the light of fire at night.
Personally, whenever I look at those paintings, I feel very good, I go into a trance.
Imagine, thousands of years ago, when man lived in caves.
And by the way, living in caves is not a strange thing. I can understand that when we talk about the Stone Age, people often fall into doubt, wondering when man ever lived in caves.
So let me tell you that for about 10,000 years and before that, man lived in such a world that we today call the Stone Age, that is, the era of living in caves made of stone cliffs or in huts made of animal skins.
And there are two such verses in Surah An-Nahl in which the Stone Age is mentioned in very, very clear words.
Verse 80 and 81 of Surah An-Nahl, that He made for you houses from the hides of cattle and He also made for you caves in the mountains.
And we call this period of living in caves today as the Stone Age.
Now for two minutes, allow me to take you with me to the Stone Age thousands of years ago, to see what the daily life of man was like at that time.
In that era, there were only two professions, hunter and gatherer.
That is, either go to the open fields and hunt large animals, for example, mammoths, etc., or go into the dense forest and pick flowers, leaves, fruits, and herbs.
Now you imagine that with such a limited life, what would those people do in their spare time?
    Paintings!
Those people used to make pictures on the walls of the caves with red ocher, that is, red clay.
And so far, dozens of such caves have been found in 27 countries of the world in which thousands of years old pictures are made, and which we today call cave paintings.
And in these caves, such beautiful pictures are made that when Pablo Picasso, that is, a very great painter of our century, when he visited the Altamira caves of Spain, after seeing the paintings in them, Picasso had said that ‘After Altamira, everything is decadence’.
That is, after seeing Altamira, everything now seems to be in decline.
Okay! Now in the caves of Sego Canyon, Utah, there is such a cave painting in which people of thousands of years ago made a very strange thing.
Look at this picture, what do you understand? On the right side, four people are standing, you can also see their hair, you can also make an estimate of their height, and their heads and arms are also clearly visible to you.
But on the left side, you can see a strange figure, whether it is human or not, nobody can really say. Yes! You can definitely say that it is some human-like thing because it has a head, but what its torso is like is difficult to say.
Just an impression that it is some living being that is extremely tall, and that is floating in the air.
And today, there is a whole school of thought that believes that in the Stone Age, man certainly saw some creature that was a living being, but it was not human from anywhere but used to come to our earth from some other world.

By the way, the painting that I just showed you, that is, the Sego Canyon cave painting and the paintings that I am about to show you, what exactly did their creators make in them, trust me, this is a very wonderful and amazing topic.
And God willing, in the Time Travel series, when I take you to the 38,000-year-old world, at that time I will, God willing, tell you the amazing story hidden behind this floating figure and the paintings that I am about to show you.
But for now, the purpose of telling all this is only that even in the Stone Age, the concept of the existence of other creatures besides man is definitely found.
But the question is whether creatures really can exist in other worlds besides humans?
Can life also exist on other planets?
But what is life after all? Shall I tell you a strange thing?
Do you know that to this day, there has never been a single definition of life and death.
To this day, it has not been decided what exactly life is called.
At present, there are 123 different definitions of life, what life is.
To this day, we have not been able to decide what life is called, how many forms it has, how many types it has.
That is why we call the life of this world ‘the life as we know it’. That is, the life that we know.
Okay! Now before I take you to the life on other worlds, first let’s ask the question that technically should be asked first, how life began on our own planet, that is, in our world.
You know it’s a puzzle how life began here, it’s a mystery.
If you study the history of the last 5000 years, you will see that throughout history, man has asked 10 such questions for which no one has any answer to this day.
And one of these 10 questions is how life began in this world.
If we find the answer to this question, if we can trace the beginning of life in this world, then we will find that secret from which we will know how life can begin on other planets, and as far as I think, I have a good idea of the answer to this question.
Which, God willing, I am going to share with you today, how life began.
There are two ways to answer this, first religion and second science.
If we talk about religion, we know about Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) that Allah Almighty created him with his own hands.
This is written in Surah Sad.
But Adam (peace be upon him) was the first man, while life itself existed even before Adam (peace be upon him).
So how was that life created?
You can look from any angle, it has been at most 8 or 10 lakh years since man came into this world. So far, no older human traces have been found.
But dinosaurs, compared to humans, dinosaurs ruled this world for 16 crore years, 16 crore years!
To date, we have found the skeletons of a total of 700 types of them. A long-necked, leaf-eating dinosaur, a hard-armored and fighting dinosaur, a meat-eating T-Rex that became very famous after the Jurassic Park movies, and then my personal favorites, the Raptors.
Very few people know this fact that the Raptor, although a small dinosaur in size, meaning it was not very big like the T-Rex, but it is theorized that if dinosaurs had stayed in this world for a little longer, the Raptors would have become their dominant species, which the rest of the dinosaurs could not compete with.
And the reason for this is very interesting, that Raptors were not only an extremely intelligent and intelligent species, but they had also started vocal communication with each other.
The skeletons that we have found of them today, looking at their resonating chambers, that is, the bones of their necks, it is known that Raptors were capable of vocalization in a very sophisticated manner with each other.
Or in simple words, capable of speaking some kind of language.
So all this, this amazing form of life, where did it come from?
Imagine for a minute what kind of creatures have passed.
For 16 crore years, dinosaurs roamed this world.
Now do you understand that hadith that I told you in the previous episodes? The hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) written in Al-Mu’jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani, Dala’il al-Nubuwwah, and Shu’ab al-Iman, that when Allah created the heavens, He chose the highest heaven for Himself, and in all the other heavens, He created His creatures.
Among those creatures, He kept whom He willed, and whom He willed, He destroyed.
Dinosaurs also came and then they ended.
And I wonder what other kinds of lives like dinosaurs have passed.
Now, the theory that exists in science about the beginning of life is called the Oparin-Haldane theory.
By the way, we understand the theory to be a fictional story.
There is no such thing, but the logical conclusion that comes from considering all the evidence is called a theory.
And the Oparin-Haldane theory says that in the deep waters of the oceans, where many chemical elements were present together, for example, oxygen which is already in water, calcium, iron, etc., life began somewhere in the deep waters.
A living cell came into existence and then after millions of years of evolution, fish came into existence. And then eventually life began in this way.
This fish story is very important, keep it in mind.
Okay! The name of this theory is the Oparin-Haldane theory. And for a long time, it was just a theory, but in 1952, a very surprising thing happened.
I remember that in my second season, the Hairat Ke Darwaze series, I told you that our body is made up of 29 different things.
You must have often heard that so-and-so has an iron deficiency, or so-and-so has a calcium deficiency, etc., etc.
What are this iron and calcium?
These are different chemical elements. And the human body is made up of 29 such chemical elements.
But the interesting thing is not this, but the interesting thing is that out of 29, 23 elements are only in small quantities, in trace amounts. For example, sodium, it is only 0.2 percent, for example, magnesium, only 0.1 percent, but the main elements that make up the human body are only six.
Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorus, and Sulfur.
Not only humans but every living being in this world is made up of only these six elements.
Now let me tell you a very interesting thing.
Just think, is it possible that if you mix these six chemical elements and keep them in one place, wait for a few days, then a living being will come out of them? Is it possible?
In 1952, there were two scientists in whose minds exactly this thought came.
Two scientists from the University of Chicago, Stanley Miller and Harold Urey.
Exactly this thought came to their minds that if we mix all the elements necessary for life in one place, what will happen.
They mixed the 29 elements and made a mixture or a concoction, and placed it in an artificially created environment like the environment in the deep oceans, for example, the same pressure, the same temperature, and then they dropped lightning bolts on that concoction, just like the electromagnetic environment that exists near thermal vents in the deep oceans.
And then they looked at that concoction very, very carefully, to see if there was any spark of life in it.
But no! Nothing was created in the concoction. At that time, the result of that experiment was zero, and they both thought that our experiment had failed.
So both those scientists sealed that concoction in a glass tube and kept it safe in a university laboratory as a souvenir, until 55 years passed.
During those 55 years, technology progressed a lot. You know how far medical science has come, new types of tests were discovered and in 2007, someone once again took out the sealed concoction from the glass tube and looked at it with interest, and passed it through extremely modern machinery and modern scientific tests, which is called paper chromatography.
And what’s this! Their eyes were left wide open.
Because after a long period of 55 years, small amino acids had started to form in that concoction of lifeless elements.
And what are amino acids? I am telling you in very simple words.
That amino acids combine to form proteins, proteins combine to form cells, and then cells combine to form a living organism.
No one knows how these amino acids were formed in that concoction.
But is this experiment proof that life really originated in the deep waters as an accident?
At present, there are 500 types of amino acids in the world, but only 20 are needed for life.
In the Miller-Urey experiment, about 25 amino acids were formed, but they just couldn’t hold up. They couldn’t join to form proteins.
Even a simple movement would scatter them, break them, and it seemed as if they were just not getting the command to join.
They just couldn’t hold up with each other.
Now! I told you that in this experiment, they took all the 29 elements that are necessary for life.
Out of these 29, basically only six elements are such that life is made of them, six building blocks, Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorus, and Sulfur.
And these six elements are scattered all over this universe, not just in this world.
Our world and many other planets have them.
After here, amino acids are also being formed there, the only difference is that those amino acids cannot form a protein until they get a divine command.
And now I bring you to that famous verse of At-Talaq, verse number 12, that Allah is the one who created the seven heavens, and the earths like them, and His command descends between them.
Indeed, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, and Sulfur are spread everywhere between the heavens and the earth, they are present everywhere.
We also know that there are other earths like the heavens. The words of the verse are ‘misla hunna’, like them, earths like the heavens.
And we are also being told that Allah’s command is also descending on these earths.
So that is why Ibn Abbas told that man that there is life on every earth, but if you are told, you will not believe it.
    And not believing is disbelief.
That is why Ibn Abbas said that every earth has its own Adam, every earth has its own Noah, every earth has its own people. But if you are told, you will not believe it. Amazing!
Once you understand the concept of more than one earth, the command that descends on them, and the beginning of life, your mind is shaken. And what I am about to tell you now, after hearing it, your mind will really be shaken.
It’s a very interesting thing, and you have to listen very carefully.
I just told you that there are 123 different definitions of life.
To this day, it has not been decided what exactly life is called.
Now first I will tell you a hadith, and then I will tell you about two people.
    This hadith is 100% authentic.
This hadith is in Bukhari, Jami’ at-Tirmidhi, Musnad Ahmad, Mustadrak al-Hakim, and Sunan Darimi.
And I am going to tell you about every important point present in each hadith by combining them into a single incident that will happen on the Day of Judgment.
On the Day of Judgment, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said that on the Day of Judgment, a piebald ram the color of dust will be brought and made to stand between Paradise and Hell.
Ram, that is, a male sheep with round horns, which is called a ram in English.
And an angel who calls will call out and say, ‘O people of Paradise’.
So the people of Paradise will suddenly get scared and look at that angel, because they will be afraid that he might not be going to tell them to leave Paradise.
They will look at the angel in fear.
Then the angel will give a similar call to the people of Hell, ‘O people of Hell’.
And the people of Hell will suddenly become happy and look at the angel because they will think that he might be going to tell them to leave Hell.
But then that angel will give a third call and ask, ‘Do you recognize this ram?’
And the people of both Paradise and Hell will say, ‘Yes, this is the ram of death’.
This is a very, very important point that death will be in the form of a ram.
Then that angel will speak once again that ‘Yes, this is death’, and saying this, that angel will slaughter that ram right on the bridge of Sirat.
And then he will say that now this death will never come upon you. Wherever you two are, you will stay there, now there is an eternal life for both of you.
I am very much sure that you may have heard this hadith before, but today I promise you that today I am going to give you a very shocking information from it.
You have heard the hadith, now let me tell you about two people.
Qatada ibn Di’amah (may Allah have mercy on him) was a Tabi’i.
Tabi’i, meaning those people who learned their knowledge directly from the companions (may Allah be pleased with them).
Qatada was a Tabi’i and his memory was an unbelievable kind of memory.
An incident about his memory is written in a very large 9th-century Arabic book, At-Tabaqat al-Kubra, that once Qatada (may Allah have mercy on him) came to Hazrat Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him), stayed with him for a few days, learned many hadiths from him, and asked many questions.
Then many years passed and when by chance they met again, Sa’id asked Qatada, ‘Qatada, last time you asked me many questions, do you still remember those questions today?’
So Qatada said, ‘Yes! I asked you this and you answered this, I asked you that, and then you answered that’.
And Sa’id sat quietly looking at Qatada’s face, and then said, ‘Qatada, I can’t believe that a person like you can even exist’.
Qatada says that there is no verse of the Qur’an about which I have not learned something from some companion. I have learned something from the companions about every verse.
And the interesting thing is that Qatada never gave his own opinion.
In the same 9th-century book, At-Tabaqat al-Kubra, another incident is written that once another scholar named Abu Hilal asked Qatada something about which Qatada was not sure what the answer was.
So Qatada said plainly that I don’t know. Abu Hilal says, ‘Qatada, it’s okay you don’t know, so just give your opinion’.
So at this, Qatada looked at him in surprise and said, ‘Abu Hilal, I have never given my own opinion in 45 years, I have always only told what I have learned from the companions themselves’.
And the same Qatada ibn Di’amah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated a saying from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), which I am now going to tell you.
But before that, I told you all this about Qatada so that first your knowledge will increase and second, you will know how serious and reliable people transferred this narration of Ibn Abbas to us.
Okay! Besides Qatada (may Allah have mercy on him), the second person is another 12th-century scholar, Imam al-Baghawi (may Allah have mercy on him).
Now I don’t know if you have ever noticed this or not, but whenever I have to explain a difficult concept, I first work hard for two or three days to put it in the simplest words, and then I explain it to you so that each of you can understand the matter.
And Imam al-Baghawi (may Allah have mercy on him) also had a similar habit.
He was very fond of finding the sayings of the companions about the difficult things mentioned in the hadiths of the Prophet (peace be upon him), that is, to find the statements of the companions, and then to explain those difficult things to the people in simple language through those sayings.
And Imam al-Baghawi also explained the hadith of the piebald ram by taking a very wonderful narration from Ibn Abbas.
And this is exactly the same narration that Qatada also narrated independently, that is, with a completely different chain, which means that this saying of Ibn Abbas becomes 100% authentic.
Ibn Abbas says that Allah created death in the form of a piebald ram the color of dust.
Whichever person is to die, this ram passes by him, and whoever smells this ram, death follows him immediately, while life, Allah created life in the form of a piebald mare, and this is the same mare on which Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him) used to sit.
And whichever thing this mare passes by, that thing gets its life there.
    Listen carefully.
There is a very amazing verse in Surah Taha, basically, an incident is being narrated in the context of this verse, that when Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) goes to Mount Tur, a man of the Israelites, Samiri, melts gold and makes such a calf that from its mouth, sounds like a living cow start coming.
All these words are in verse 85, 87, and 88 of At-Taha.
Now when Moses (peace be upon him) returns, he complains to his brother Aaron that ‘Aaron, why didn’t you stop them’, then turning to Samiri, he asks him, ‘Samiri, what have you done’, then Samiri gives a very amazing answer, and his answer is written in verse number 96, that ‘Moses, I saw that thing which these other people could not see’.
‘And where that thing passed, I picked up the dust from under its feet and put it in the mouth of this calf made of gold, from which then sounds like a living cow started coming out of its mouth’.
And in all the ancient commentaries of this verse, it is written exactly that Samiri had seen that horse of life on which Hazrat Jibril (peace be upon him) was sitting, and he had run and picked up the dust that came under the feet of that horse, which he then put in the mouth of the calf, due to which that calf, a lifeless thing and a living creature, came somewhere in between and started making sounds. Amazing!
That hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) that death will be in the form of a piebald ram and verse 96 of Taha, validates this saying of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that life is indeed a command of Allah that is roaming in the form of a piebald mare.
Whichever thing the effect and fragrance of this mare reaches, that thing somehow comes close to life, and the day that piebald ram is slaughtered on the bridge of Sirat, on that same day death will also end forever, and now from here on, I am going to tell you where that horse of life has been flying in this universe, but now you must do one thing, that go down to the comments section and read my pinned comment because in it there is an important message for all of you from me, a message.
And then after that, God willing, in the next episode, the series will enter a very amazing phase.
So now you go, read my comment, and until the next episode, from my side, may Allah protect you all
